Sign up with the email address the invitation was sent to. If you already have a ProTenders account, sign in with it. Your company may already be on ProTenders. Ask your admin to add you, or search for it first.

Accept the invitation
Open it from your invitations and accept to take part.

Documents, drawings and the BoQ come as one version. Ask in the tender; every answer goes to every bidder, and addenda replace the old version for everyone.

Price the BoQ and submit a sealed bid
Price the developer's bill of quantities line by line and submit before bids close. Bids close at the deadline the developer set.

Do I need Verified to bid?
No. Verified is optional. A free profile is all you need to accept an invitation and submit a bid.

Who sees my price?
No one on the tender, including the developer's own team, can see your price before the scheduled opening. Until then it is encrypted with a key unique to the tender.
