Do our bidders have to pay?
No. Contractors and suppliers create a profile and bid on your invitations for free, so nobody drops out of your tender over a fee.
Can we keep our own templates and approval rules?
Yes. Your evaluation templates, approval steps and company tender rules are set up during guided setup. On Essential and Pro, company rules are the defaults each package starts from; on Enterprise they are enforced on every package, and approval workflows route sign-off to named approvers in order.
How do you keep prices confidential?
Bids are encrypted with a key unique to each tender. No one on the tender, including your own team, can see a price before the opening you scheduled, and technical evaluators never see a price.
Can we bring our suppliers and past tenders?
Yes. We import your approved supplier lists during guided setup, which is included. Past tenders and evaluation templates can be migrated as a quoted service.
How is pricing worked out?
By the projects you tender on, never by seats. Committee evaluation starts on Pro, from $2,200 a month for 5 projects, billed yearly. The developer bundle adds Intelligence Essential: $2,295 a month for 5 projects. Every plan has unlimited users. See all plans
What counts as a project?
A project is what you tender packages under, usually one building or site, such as Tower B. It counts once it has a tender in your subscription year; the packages inside it don't add to the count.
