Royal wood founders always had the conviction that Industry success relies on two important pillars: Machine and People. Based on that, they started out by building on those two pillars, they equipped the factory with a technically advanced production line providing high capacity and reliability. They worked simultaneously on carefully recruiting a team of skilled workers knowing that only such worker can optimize the performance of a good machine.
From the start Royal wood factory (FZC) tried to separate itself from the competition by setting a high standard for the raw materials used, in the production. Professional graders consistently select the different raw material that goes into production. They make sure the final product always meets our client expectations. Our goal is to keep our customers satisfied at all time and even at all cost.
Royal wood manufacturing facilities cover a built-up area of about 10,000 sq.m. Two lines of production for Carpentry and Cabinetry occupy one building of 6,000 sq.m. and another building of 4,000 sq.m. houses the finishing and assembly line.
Royal wood factory 's Engineer team is backed up on the floor by about 250 technicians, operators, skilled labor, installers and quality controllers. They all work as one team to design and produce the different jobs for our clients that include: High-End Kitchen Cabinets, Solid doors, Flush doors, Fire Rated doors, Wardrobes and other interior custom made items like reception counters, wall panel and contract furniture.
