Back Painted Glass #05

Back Painted Glass #05 is the widest range of options available for Lacquered Glass, including all the colors in the RAL code.

Features:

• High resistance to moist for use in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Resistance to fading from interior UV light.
• Suitable for multiple processing such as Drilling, Grinding, Beveling, Edge working, Cold Screen Printing and Resin Lamination.
• Can be combined with other Glass Technologies such as Acid Etched, Titanium Coating, Digital Printing, etc. & Glass Should be placed in front of an opaque wall.

Installation Principles:

• The Wall should be perfectly smooth and flat.
• On bare walls, it is recommended to fix plywood panel before installing the lacquered glass.
• Not suitable for damp walls.
• Not recommended to install in areas with direct heat exposure.
• Fixing Methods:
• Adhesive: Use compatible neutral silicone or double-sided adhesive tape.
• Mechanical fixing: frames, mirror rails, mirror studs, fixing brackets or J section trims.
• The gap between the two panels should normally be 1-2mm.
• The adhesive should be applied according to the manufacturer's recommendations and also allow for the circulation of air behind the lacquered glass.
• Installing on a uniformly coloured surface will give a better appearance.
• Glass Should be placed in front of an opaque wall.
