Early Strike
The assembly using Drop Joints and Decking Beams with Heavy Duty Props works as an Early Striking System Drop Joints are utilized in the system to enable the slab formwork to be stripped as fast as 3 days after casting (as per ACI Standards) and provides a fair face finish on the concrete. The Stripped Panels and other components can be removed and transferred to the next casting level leaving the Drop Joints and Heavy Duty Props acting as back-propping.
